        Overall

        We recently had a day to spend in Wisconsin dells and we wanted someone to take us around and show us the city. Jeremy provided an excellent tour that was different than the typical tourist tour. He really showed us around Wisconsin dells and explained everything wonderfully. I highly recommend using his services when you are in Wisconsin dells. Way to go, Jeremy!!!

        I wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest. We were recently in the Dells for a bachelorette party. They were parked outside Marley's so we asked if they'd be able to take us to Wet Nightclub, they first driver we spoke with said that her taxi was too small for the 11 of us but said that the other taxi that was pulling up would be able to take us. She pulled up, we spoke with her and she had us get in saying that it wouldn't be a problem. Once we were all loaded and left the parking lot of Marley's she received a call saying that she had a group of 8 to pick up as well. She told dispatch that there wasn't enough room for the 8 other passengers in the taxi with the 11 of us that were already loaded in there. Rather than taking us to the destination that we had requested, she turned around and took us back to Marley's, had us get out and picked up the group of 8 instead because that's what dispatch had told her to do. Keep in mind that we were already HALFWAY to our requested destination!! She gave us her card and told us we could call and talk to dispatch or her supervisor. We did call dispatch, Brian, and he was nothing but rude to us. He simply said that he would chew her out for that, but continued to be rude and talk to us like we were completely stupid. I will NEVER use this taxi service again, nor will I recommend it to others.
