The Swan Barn Door

A wedding is to be the best day of your life and great memories for the future. The Swan's promised many things that never happened. They promised a beautiful finished building but what you got was an unfinished roof with holes that you could see as you sat inside. You got a floor that was just plywood so your heels would get caught so you would lose your balance. They had tree roots that were a tripping hazard for people. There were many violations that should not allowed them to have their place open for weddings, like there were no exit signs in case of a fire, doors boarded shut and the water that was used for drinking came from the bathroom and placed in water dispensers. The only water was in the bathrooms. The place was not handicap accessible like they promised. These weddings are paying full price and do not getting what they are promised. To top things off, the staff choices to eat off the buffet line without asking for permission and without being invited to. I could go on..
