Joe is a very nice guy; I went there from word of mouth. I had this necklace, that I had no use for any more and I paid good money for it. Always hearing about gold prices, I thought Id check on what I could get for the necklace. Joe made everything feel comfortable. First, I didnt know how he would act, I didnt want him to think I stole the necklace or be insulted when he lowball the price. Second, I didnt even know if hed take the time for just one necklace, Joe did. Third, I didnt want to be pressured. Joe was cool and I would work and take any questions about jewelry or gold to him..
