Overall

They came out on 02/06/2013 to look at two ceiling light/fan fixtures & one wall socket. They fixed everything except for one light. They tried to tell my son we just needed bulbs and batteries when there was two new bulbs and one new battery they could have used to test it. I called the tech, Brian, either that night or the next day and left a message about the light still not working on one fixture. When I tried to have them come back out on 02/25 or 02/27, they would not respond to schedule even though the technician told the office person they had tried to reach me, when they hadn't. They also told the office that the issue before was accessibility. That was for the socket reset, which my son did for them, not the light. When I told the office person that it felt like the techs just brushed off completing the work, she stated, "We're in this business to make money. Why would they do that when if there was an issue we could make more money fixing it." When the tech, Brian, called me back he told me, "These service calls are not worth my time. If I'm going to come back out, do me a favor and make sure there are bulbs and batteries." I told them there ones that he could have used before, and that I also had bought new sets. He wanted to give me his number to call to schedule something the next week, and I told him I had it from last time. He said, "Read it back to me then." I said that I need to dig it out of my purse then. As I started to do that he said, "You do that, Heather" with tons of attitude. I told him, "Are you being rude to me?" He proceeded to tell me, "Why don't we do this? We haven't charged your landlady for coming out the first time. So, I'm okay with calling it even and you finding someone else to look at it, so long as you promise to never call us again." It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever received!
