Pinnacle Property Management

My neighborhood's HOA has had several management companies over the past 15 years. From what I've experienced, Pinnacle Property Management has been the absolute worst, bar none. Pinnacle is highly unprofessional and amateurish. What's worse, on more than one occasion, they have treated me -- a paying client and homeowner -- extremely rude. A big part of their problem is lack of experience. They've only been in business for a year or so and are quite incompetent when it comes to matters of association management. But that is no excuse for unprofessional behavior, which is something Pinnacle excels in. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE or any neighborhood in search of a management company. They may be a little cheaper than some of the competition, but do yourself a favor -- hire a management company that's been around a while and knows what it's doing. And look for quality of character when interviewing potential association managers.
