Ruth s Hospitality Group, located in Heathrow, Fla., is leading publically owned restaurant company focused exclusively on the upscale dining segment. It is the parent company of Ruth s Chris Steak House, which features a dining room d cor of deep red colors with accents of teal and copper. The restaurant is one of more than 85 Ruth s Chris Steak House restaurants located throughout the United States and the world. Ruth's Chris specializes in USDA Prime-Grade steaks served in Ruth's Chris signature fashion-sizzling and topped with seasoned butter. The restaurant s other menu items include barbecue shrimp, a full range of seafood, marinated and grilled portobello mushrooms stuffed with lump crabmeat, lobster bisque, lamb chops, Ahi-tuna, garlic mashed potatoes, broiled tomatoes, grilled asparagus, specialty salads and a wide array of desserts.
