        Overall

        The neighborhood is great. I have the best neighbor and she brings me brownies plus takes the time to do small things that mean the world to me. It is great to be surrounded by great people.

        The staffs have been a great help. My son moved down about a year ago to attend school. It was his first time leaving home. They were such a big help in getting him settled. The apartment is so close to the school and super convenient.

        i picked this place because it seemed to be the cheapest in the area. but with the water bills, multiple fridge and a/c leaks, ROACH INFESTATION, the off-putting management, the darkness, and the dampness, and a long list of other problems, i would never recommend this place to anyone. not even for your very first apartment. if only i had been warned sooner. i am a nice person normally. i have a new vendetta. my neighbors are nice...and they hate it as well.
