Hidden Oaks Condominium Associates

It's not the worst place that I've lived that's for sure! They have a couple things wrong that are really pulling them down. The neighbors really are nosey and need to know everything. I like to keep to myself but thank god for the blinds on my window and fence around my patio or I swear they would be looking through my windows. As for the front office they are a bunch of morons! They will give you a run around. I was told things when I moved in then a couple months later it was a completely different story. Needless to say they can't help you with anything. As for the trash collectors..they must be hiring a bunch of little girls. They can't lift any bags over 15 lbs, they pick and choose what bags they want to take thus leaving you to figure out with to do with the rest. As for parking..it's a joke. Each apartment gets 1 parking spot you you have to pay $50 a year for it. Well I have 3 people that live here..I've been writing letteres and asking for a third and they refuse to give me one even though we have multiple guest spots at the end of the parking lot. Also, when maitenence comes through to fix a fence you don't get any warning and they will rip up all your plants. Doesn't matter to them. Overall I would say that they are very unprofessional. If you didn't have to deal with the front office and neighbors I'd say live here.

This is a quite place. However, there are a handful of people that are trying to ruin the establishment. There is no fence separating the property next to Hidden Oaks, thus causing high traffic of unneeded and uneccessary visitors. The houses are great and spacious. One thing to be aware of is lack of respect and privacy from neighbors. It really is the people, rather than the place. People I rate a 4 out of 10, the place as a whole is 7.5 out of 10.
