If I was able to rate a ZERO I would. Very unprofessional, no concept of following up with clients. Absolutely no idea how to be truthful, I was hounded by a recruiter RC whom talked me into leaving a full-time job to go to a competitor with the promise of an start date of 1/19/2015. Prior to this date I was asked if I could start 1/12/2015. I explained I gave two weeks notice and wanted to wait. In the meantime, I referred another rep to RC and guess what? I was given the run around talking about background check delays yet 3 weeks prior to the illusive start date, RC had already done my background check and clearly stated "Oh DL suspension which is no biggie as I was not at fault and still paid for the damages. Well the other referred rep. Actually started on February 2nd. I emailed RC on numerous occasion with no response in the end NO JOB and I had to borrow against my 401k and IRA. I HAVE all the emails and text messages from RC and firmly believe he should be terminated as I am a single mother of two young kids. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HEALTHCARE SUPPORT SYSTEM. .RUN
