        I have to say many places push...

        I have to say many places pushed you away for no reason. I love EL Tier 1..I have been renting for the past 3 years and have no complaints. I always pay in time and take care of my house like it was my own. I recently had an AC issue and was a Sunday night. They got someone to come over the same night and got the AC running. I will recomend anyone to rent from them in a heartbeat.



        For the lady that posted the bad review , by me reeding your comments gives me the impression you did not keep up with the house, sounds like you did not like the owner to visit for a reason. And if you left the house a mess and things broken I believe property management companies are entitled to deduct $$ from the deposit. I know because that happened to my sister recently with another propery management company. Because she felt like NOT cleaning and leaving garbage everywhere her deposit was half of what she gave.

        Don't ever, EVER use El Tier O...

        Don't ever, EVER use El Tier One Realty for ANYTHING. We rented through them a year ago, and Lourdes is the most inhospitable, rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They gave little more than 24 hours notice before bringing the owners over, rarely fixed anything that was broken, and finally cheated us out of a lot of money at the end of the lease. I am so happy not to have to deal with them anymore.
