If any of my members have been with me for a long time they know how far we have come as a family and are happy to say we have a permanent home on Ave G now.

Please do not chance it and use this florist. I ordered an arrangement in memory of a very special woman and got the worse service I have ever received from a florist. If you state it is okay for them to make substitutions, what this means is they will put any leftover flower in any kind of container and send. Daphne is rude and if you complain, they will not answer your calls. I spent over 5 hours in one day continuously calling this florist and no one would answer the 800# or the shop # and it was a Friday. When I finally did get Daphne, she was rude and said it was my fault because I said they could make substitutions. I orderd the Blooming Garden Basket. I received 2 begonias and some greenery in a "hat box." Yes, I said "hat box." There was suppose to be a miniature rose, African violet, azalea, hypoestes, garden ivy in a "basket." If they call that a suitable substitution, their business is going nowhere. The owner of the shop "Cheryl Hall" will not call me and honor her 100% guarantee. I do not want my money back, I want a suitable arrangement sent to the family in honor of their mother. Somehow, I feel like I have done her memory an injustice. Thanks again Winter Haven Florist!!!! I can live with it if you can!
