Steak 'n Shake

Sat at the drive through for about 5 minuets with no response from anyone. They also don’t take coupons. Not going back

I'm giving it 1 star because I can't do less!! Waited 30 minutes to be seated the first time I went there. No server came to our table at all for 20 minutes. When we finally asked for the manager she had no clue who was serving our section. She took our drink order and the drinks never came. A DIFFERENT server came and asked what drinks we ordered another 15 minutes later. Finally got drinks and ordered food. Food took 45 minutes to come out. HORRIBLE service but we decided to try the drive thru next time to give a second chance. Went in to take out shakes since the drive thru line was 13 cars long and not moving. After 6 people walking past us at the counter we had to ask if anyone was going to help us. We were them told that there's no take out!!! I know who the owners are since they own a pizza chain. They should know better!!!! This is horrible and will not last long.
