Robert Binns Roofing Inc

Called to get a free estimate, made appointment and they never showed up. Called Binns hour after appointment time and they said it was rescheduled but they don't know for when. Offered to come out now but then Tim from Binn's office calls back and needs our address AGAIN. Not a good start for a roofing job. Are they still in business for roofing? Going to RIG Roofing out of Lakeland. Hopefully they hire competent staff to keep appointments and information in order.
