STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!



****The problem started when I had a problem with a leak. Greg, the owner, came out right after calling him, and caulked the area that was leaking. He said that if I had any other problems to call him. Well, a few days later it started leaking and I called him and left a message. I called his office and they said that they would send out someone. They never did. I called again and again and again (1-2 times a week). THEY NEVER CALLED BACK!!. I NEVER got mad about it or upset over the phone because if I did get someone they said they were sending someone out, they just kept putting me off. Now it's been 3 months of calling once and twice a week. Today I finally got Greg to answer his cell phone when he answered and i gave my name he hung up on me. I called back 3 more times and left a message. I called the office and his son-in-law (Chirs) said he was not available and that their guy that does the warranty work was busy and they would not pull him to fix the leak and I should just get someone else to do the work. I was then not to happy and informed them of such and now I'm going to have to pay someone else. Like the other review has stated, they SUCK!!!. If you get it installed properly, I promise you if they have to do anything other than caulk a area they will NOT do it. I started talking to friends about them and they also have had to SAME problem with this company. All I have to say it, "STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!"

They put a new roof on my house and replaced some rotten wood in the process about 5 years ago. Absolutely nothing about the job was professional. The roof has waves in it because nails were not put down fully. I have even found spent nails laying sideways underneath shingles. The 15 year old roof I had before looked better. The woodwork is even worse and looks as though it was done without a shred of experience. They tore off trim and did not replace it, replaced wood that did not appear to be rotten and left wood that was. Rather than rip wood down to its' proper size they simply used pieces that were not wide enough or angled the corners so that it would appear to match the wood that was not replaced. There were huge gaps between some of the pieces they put up. When I complained about the job they sent someone out who put up a couple of trim strips and caulked between the gaps. It was a horrible job that I paid top dollar for and the "new" 20 year roof is already showing signs of problems. To top it all off as they were leaving they caught the mirror of their truck on my fence and bent it. If you need a roof done, find another company
