        My first delivery came wrong. ...

        My first delivery came wrong. The mattress delivered was firm (not soft) and had an Ashley store tag. It was not even the right name of the mattress. They almost did not take it back! It also voided the warranty. (I paid over $600 for a twin mattress).



        The second delivery came damaged. 7 weeks later still no mattress. The manager Jose still has not called back with a new delivery date, which could be many weeks out. Jose told me it was all "good" and I told him, "Do I sound good? Do I sound happy? No I do not!" I asked AGAIN for the DM to call... The DM won't call, even though I have asked many times.

        I even asked for compensation since I had to deal with this and for staying home from work 3 times to get deliveries, but nobody has offered me a penny off the mattress. They think I should just keep using the damaged one and be happy. Where is the warranty? Where is the customer service? Where is the quality! I will never order from them again.
