As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I offer a variety of services to meet your needs. Whether it's trouble at home, at work, or something you can't quite put your finger on, my goal as a counselor and coach is to help you identify the issue, generate solutions, and develop a plan of action to follow that enables you to reach your goal. In addition to being a counselor, I am also a husband, a father, and I am legally blind. I truly understand the pressures and challenges life hands us all on a regular basis. I bring this understanding into every session as well as the belief that every problem has a solution. Making the decision to seek help for a personal issue can be difficult. The style and personality of your counselor can significantly impact your counseling experience. This is why I offer a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation as well as email consultation before scheduling an appointment. This provides you an opportunity to talk with me one on one and decide if I am the right fit for you. If so, we can begin working together. If not, I would be happy to give you referrals to other qualified counselors that may be a better fit for you and your situation.
