Wash -N- Go #9

I went to this place due to previous review which must have been done when the place was new. It is no longer new. The floors have never been mopped (really bad when items fall to the floor that your trying to clean), the free internet did not work, to wash a load in a small washing was 2.75 and large was 4.75- but a dryer was only 25 cents for 18 minutes. You do need to get a card because they give you extra money when you put $20 on it. I could not find any bleach for sale there but good thing Family Dollar is right next door. Some of my whites did not get cleaned by the washing machines. 6 kids were running around, the attendant was unfriendly and her friend and kid were far more important than customers (she could have been mopping). Watch what machines you use- there was gum on the drum of my dryer, which took forever to dry on hot towels (took 60 mins). Should be plenty of washers and dryers to use- plan to drop $20 bucks for three/four load. Business could be cleaner.

I JUST MOVED INTO TOWN 2 WEEKS AGO AND I DIDN'T HAVE A WASH AND DRYER. I TRIED TWO LAUNDROMATS CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE ON WAUGHTOWN ST, BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CLEANLINESS IN THEM. A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT MAIN ST WASH N GO AND I WENT THERE. I WILL TELL YOU I WAS HOOKED. ITS NO MORE QUARTERS THERE ITS ALL CARD SYSTEM. I HAD A HANDFUL OF QUARTERS WITH ME AND THE ATTENDANT GAVE ME A 5 DOLLAR BILL SO I COULD GET A CARD AND WASH MY CLOTHES. ITS THE CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I BROUGHT MY 4 YEAR OLD GIRL WITH ME AND THEY HAD A LITTLE KIDS SECTION IN THE BACK AND ARCADE GAMES AND VENDING MACHINES. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KEEP OCCUPIED FOR AN HOUR OR SO. I HAVE BEEN THERE TWICE SINCE AND EVERYTIME I AM WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMS BY THE ATTENDANTS. THANKS SO MUCH MAIN ST WASH N GO
