My wife's Honda Fit was in dire need of window tinting. The professionals at Triad Sun Control were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They finished the car on schedule and even reworked one window they were not satisfied with (I couldn't tell there was any problem but they insisted). It has been over a year since we had the work done and it is still perfect (no bubbles or pealing).

I would highly recommend them and plan on taking my new car to them soon.

I have been using Triad Sun control since 2012. All of my vehicles have the highest quality ceramic tint installed. They have always been on point and professional. They know the NC laws very well. If you have to leave your car there they do lock up your keys and have even put the vehicle into the garage overnight if they can. I see many complaints here in these reviews. There are so many high end dealerships that use this location. Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac etc. If they are so bad then why are all these professionals continuing to use them. I met a man one time that traveled over 1 1/2 hours to have his Mercedes tint installed here. I highly recommend this company. The gentleman installing the tint has been doing so for over 20 years.

the lady the answers the phone at "front desk" is the rudest person i have ever talk to i asked a simple question about tinting the front windshield and she completely blew up telling me it is illegal and i wont be able to see out of it and arguing with " the customer" i hate people like this so i proceed to piss her off even more considering the rude and horrible customer service, i wish i could give 0 stars! they don't even deserve 1! go read the other reviews this is horrible! DON'T EVER GO TO THEM!!!!!

Horrible, Horrible service...We had a "LIFETIME" warranty!!! The Owner said he was being ripped off by his employee back when we got our warranty and that this has happened before, where other customers have brought their vehicles back for the windows to be repaired and we should be Happy??? because we got enough use out of the windows and NOT expect him to honor the warranty...his employee issues are not mine, and he did not want to honor the warranty at all, after much arguing he agreed but would not do it for at least two weeks. I decided to go elsewhere, I would no longer trust him to do anything. I cannot believe he's trying to make HIS problems his customers!!! Run don't walk from this place, they have no Integrity at all!!!

Lady that answers the phone is the epitome of RUDENESS! Even argued with me..."the customer"...hope they either get rid of her or go out of business. Go somewhere else. Wish I could give 0 stars...they do not even deserve 1 star.....Jeff in Bermuda Run, NC

Lady at front desk and that answers the phone is more than rude. Also it is impossible to make an appointment, you basically have to drop your car off first thing in the morning and it will "be ready sometime later". Not what I call professional at all. I had rather pay twice the price somewhere else then to deal with this type of business.
