Great cab service. Very respectful drivers. Although they only have 2 cabs they get the job done and get you to work on time. Keep up good work

Honestly with ALL the cabs I have had to use every time my husband takes the car out of state to work for weeks/months at a time, this is the ONLY service that has both been on time or early AND affordable ..I lost a job due to lying companies saying "Yes, we can get u there on time"and even with leaving myself a half hour cushion for late.cabs, they STILL managed to get me fired..I'm sorry doesn't explain to my boss why I'm late YET AGAIN...

WITH SAFE RIDE I DON'T EVER EVER EVER HAVE THAT PROBLEM!!! if I ask to be picked up in 20min, they are here in 15..if they can't, they keep it 100%honest and let me know when they CAN be here...they also make it affordable to fit into a budget...I wouldn't be able to continue my hectic life and forced to decide what I couldn't do trying to pay most of these companies what they ask...Safe Ride will charge me $5.50 to go to the EXACT place everyone else charges me $10-12... AND the woman that picks me up and also takes my teen son to work/back 5days a week has NEVER been late and always 5-10min early...we have short rides but great frendly/personable conversations every time..way better than the stuffy strange mute men that cost too much other companies send(if they're smart enough to look at the address i provided and not ASSUME its another call from the retirement complex across the street from my old house...I HATED taking cabs because of the inconsistent weirdo drivers stressed me out waiting charged me too much and started my day off with an attitude...I call safe ride without a second thought because they ARE CONSISTENT AND AND ENGAGE IN NORMAL CONVERSATIONS NOT LOOK AT ME LIKE MY COMMENT WAS IN SUM LONG FORGOTTEN LANGUAGE ...

I SAID ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THESE OTHER PEOPLE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ARE TALKING ABOUT?! after providing more than 15rides all on time in the past fee weeks can't just be due to a good day...I PERSONALLY BELIEVE ACTIONS OVER WORDS...AND IF WORDS SAID DON'T MAKE SENSE,ITS TYPICALLY NOT TRUE...LEAVING BAD REMARKS TO LOWER COMPETITION REPUTATION WOULD BENEFIT OTHER COMPANIES..CAUSE A BUSINESS CHARGING 1/2 THEIRS COST& DOESN'T LIE TO GET THE JOB REGARDLESS OF HOW LATE ARRIVALS EFFECT THE CLIENT

FRIGHTENING RIDE -AWFUL, RUDE & NO AIR CONDITION I have just arrive at my job after receiving a ride from this service. I am very grateful to God to have arrived safely. The ride was very frightening, to say the least. First of all when I got in the car the driver rudely asked me if I was going to tell him where I was going. I was very surprised at that, because I had emailed them the destination. After giving him the address he appeared to put it in the gps. Then he commence to drive on Interstate 40 East. When I saw the direction we where going, I expressed to him my concerned that we were going the wrong way and in the other direction of the destination. He told me to just wait and see where the gps takes us. When he took the exit going toward Lexington onto 52 south, I became frightened and I had to speak up because it was very apparent that we were going the wrong way. By this time I was fearful that he may be trying to kidnap me or something, I begged him to please allow me to give him the correct directions to the location and I said that maybe I gave him the wrong address.. As he seemed to be complying with my directions, I expressed to him that I would not use your service again. He told me that they dont need my business. He said that he was not a cab driver but the owner and that I gave him the wrong address. I was very afraid for my safety at that time. After he drove from the directions I gave him we arrived at the address that I gave him, I exited the car safely without a word. Additional, there was NO AIR CONDITION in the car and even with windows down his body odor was very strong and mildly offensive.

Not very organized

I have tried this cab twice the first time they were ok. However everytime I call now they won't let me reserve a cab. The explanation is that either the schedule wasn't out yet or that it has to be 40-45 min before the time you need it. The person never asked what time I needed it for before he hung up. What really frustrated me was when I did call back there was no times available because they were booked already. This had been only thirty minutes after I had first called.

Worst service ever

When I called and asked for a ride after my truck wouldn't start this morning, they said 30-40 minutes. I said that's too long, thanks anyway. They say fine, 7-8 minutes and I agreed. The driver doesn't show up for 30 minutes after I already called and cancelled because he was late. Unprofessional, and unsatisfactory. Will never use again, and I hope you don't either. Worst cab service ever.

Excellent Service. I called this company at 11:00pm to see if they could pick me up at 5:30 the next morning. The driver (Juan Bugg) showed up on time and got me to the airport with pleasant conversation. Highly recommend this driver.

CHEAP AND AWFUL

No wonder the service is cheap they are awful. They only have one or two cabs. A 20 minute wait turns into one hour! The dispacter forgets to write down the trip which causes confusion and longer wait times. Overall, dont use this company because you get what you pay for!!!

Worst Cab Service Ever!!!

This is the worst cab company. They only have two cabs and usually only one is running. The dispatchers are lazy and dont know how to do a simple task. They never know how long your cab will be or even where it is. Dont bother reserving a cab because they never show up on time if at all. Dispatch usually answers the phone half sleep if they answer at all. A toddler could do a better job. It will always take the cab 45 minutes to an hour sometimes longer than that. Do yourself a favor and stay away from rhis Ghetto Hot Mess they call a business. Willard cab cost a little more but at least theyll get you to work on time.
