I would not recommend going to queen. First off they tell you one price on the hairstyle then after they did your hair they tell you a higher price and my braids fell came out three days later... They don't really braid right

I'm happy to go there this is my first time getting box braids they sounded very nice on the phone.

They had not the very best attitudes which means horrible customer service. I had basically paid her light bill and she proceeds to tell me that i couldn't wait in the shop for my ride.. I will not go back and i don't recommend. And the work is sloppy too!! Hope this helps(:

I went to this shop twice it was very nice and clean. The Women were friendly. They do good work. Both times I went they started my appointment on the scheduled time, which is very important to me. They do not over-book. They are very quick braids. The shop is ran very professionally. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
