Portrait Innovations

I went here on 10/26/2014 with some relatives to get portraits taken. However the experience was unbelievable. There were children running all over the store. I asked one of the workers, who was the manager and was told her name is Keri. When I went to approach Keri about the chaos in the studio she seemed to be more into gossiping with another Caucasian employee with blondish hair. Did she do anything about this issue? NO!!!!!! That turned me and my family off, our portraits were okay but we will not be returning or recommending anyone to go to this particular store. I am not sure of the associate name that helped us but she was a young black girl with a fro who provided great customer service which I could say the same thing for her manager!!!!!!!!!!!
