        Cancel classes frequently without any warning at all and don't offer backup options. The excuse today was (family emergency) yet I have had 3 separate "councelers" during my 8 visits, so they really couldn't provide a replacement? Do not seem to care at all that patients sometimes have to drive 3 hours (2 ways) and essentially plan their weekends based on these classes, but at least gave an, "oh sorry," on the phone. Awesome, thanks for that but it doesn't help pay for my gas money, missing work and added stress. Also the classes are entirely useless to be honest. It's a joke.
