East China Restaurant

Dont do it! NO, I am disabled & unable to get out. I called in a pu order to be pu apx an hour from ordering. I found out the person that was to pu the food would be unable to do so, I called the restaurant apx 25 min before pu to apologize & explain the situation as I was speaking the woman answering the phone hung up on me, thinking this may have not been intentional, I called back for the mgr., the same woman answered & said she, Jennifer was mgr. I explained how hang up perhaps not intended etc she RUDELY disrespected me, continuing to talk over me loudly w/no effort to listen. She stated food had been done (so it was prepared when I called & left to sit for an hour?) what was she supposed to do blah, blah. I ask if people not pu orders generally called to cancel &/or apologize & she refused to respond, loudly berating me. This probably wont matter to anyone especially this restaurant but, I wont do business w/anyone who treats customers in this manner & plan to tell everyone! TY for opportunity to present my side!
