Wait time kind of long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good food. Good atmosphere. Service a little slow but good place to eat.

We have given this Cheddars three chances and each time the service has been horrible. We sat at a table for over 15 minutes without someone helping us not once but over three different times. There was an extremely disgusting smell in there making it almost intolerable to breathe. Needless to say we left and will not be back.

hahahaha, were to begin... ok 6:45 pm called in that we would have a party at 7:30..... sat at about 7:45.....

got our order for our drinks about 8 (this is were i place my order and tell them to go on and put mine in..)

815 drinks come....

everyone else places order at this point.

9 food comes, except mine.....

915 see waitress for the first time for refiles (an hour after we got the first round) my food still not there i stop one boy and tell him to put it in.... y our waitress FIXES all the other ones she messed up...

930 still no food for me 935 manager one comes, ok we get it to you no charge.... 10 im supper mad talk to head manager and still NO FOOD then had the audacity to charge me for my tea that NEVER got refiled.... out of 15 people messed up 9 of them and we all still wanting a refill...

so 2 hours i never got my food after telling 5 dif people 2 of whom are managers. and all we got was about 200000000 im sorry, no let me comp you no let me give u a free drink, and come next time and pay and you will have a good exp. i promise..... UNEXCEPTIONABLE...

for one IM FAT..... and eat out a lot, so i know customer service i know things happen and things are mistakes and that is understandable.... but this is by far the WORST EXP. i have EVER had. and that's not because im mad right not its the Truth, and the lights flickering all night on and off did not help my frustrations, but if you forgot to put in an order and your response is i forgot im sorry let me go do that then you NEVER do and nor does the manager... i should have made an A#$ of my self and let them have it there but i have to much class..... you do not put a girl out there that has NEVER waited tables b4 and its he first day on the floor by herself.... you don't even put someone with exp. on a floor by them self there first day.
