i wish i could put a negative star, I am a current customer but i would never rent to own from Buddy's again. They call you on the day your payment is due to ask what time you will be in ?? I never heard of such a thing. they are very unprofessional, i was told i would get my item at a discount rate once i got my payments down but when it was time and i asked about it i was told the policy changed, everyone who worked there when i first rented is no longer there which makes me suspicious and the fact that they lied i think they are running some sort of scam. Once my merchandise is paid off I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this service go to Aarons or rent a center.
