Bio-Tech Prosthetics and Orthotics

I'm a polio survivor. I live in a full-leg brace and have for many decades. For those of us who live, day in and day out, in a leg brace, fit and comfort are critical to keep tissue in good shape, and avoid having to continuously use bandages to protect our skin. Bio-Tech gets this. Their skilled and experienced people took all the time and effort necessary to give me one of the best fitting new braces I've had. Their attitude was always caring and willing. They carefully listened to my concerns, and made useful suggestions for improvements. They were willing to try things in ways they hadn't done before. When it comes to braces, I'm hard to please. This was an exceptional experience, and my complements to the craftsmen at Bio-Tech for producing such a high-quality and usable brace

In 16 years of dealing with tramatic brain and ortho injuries this is the most rude, disrespectful, arogant, group of people (can't even call them professionals or care givers) that I have ever encountered. I feel like they owe me a star....
