Beef 'O' Bradys

First off, I'm not the type to write reviews, but my recent experience at this Beef O'Bradys warrants a warning for others. Ordered the sirloin steak sandwich and it was very undercooked. Against my better judgment, I sent it back to get more than a tan. Here's where things went very wrong. A replacement steak sandwich was sent to me and it was the worst cuts they could find (mostly fatty/chewy). I am a big guy and I couldn't work through it. The replacement came about 20 minutes after it was returned. The server walked over and said, "oh...I thought someone brought it out to you." The fries that were taken away with the first steak sandwich were no where to be found. Server brought some new fries after about 5 more minutes. I'm a regular and the restaurant is very close to my house. This could've been an off night for the staff, but it really felt like I was being taught a lesson about not sending food back. Just take what they give you and be satisfied.



I think the service was below average.

The food quality was bad.

One the bright side, they did have a lot of TVs and it was clean. Visit if you're having drinks or trying to catch a game, but beware if you're actually trying to enjoy an evening out with the family.
