Crystal Peak

I'm so happy I had my wedding at crystal peak. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the place is absolutely beautiful.

We had our wedding at Crystal Peak and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the guests loved the atmosphere and the venue was simply gorgeous. John was extremely helpful and answered every question I threw at him. The staff that worked at the venue during the wedding were very polite and very considerate. Everyone was very patient and the venue was more then I could imagine. I would recommend Crystal Peak to anyone!

Yesterday, we were at an event catered by Crystal Peak. Everything was delicious! The presentation of the apps was lovely. The wait staff was attentive and very pleasant. I cannot find anything to improve.

We recently had our wedding at Crystal Peak and they were amazing. John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the day was everything we wanted. They took care of us and were on hand for anything we needed. It was raining right before the wedding and we were desperate to have the wedding outside they gave us every chance to go outside and set back up as soon as the rain stopped. I can not speak highly enough of Crystal Peak and John, the venue is amazing, the room for the wedding party is great, the food was excellent. Great place to have a wedding.

My wife and I could not be any happier with Crystal Peak. We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Crystal Peak and the service that John Roller and his staff provided us from through the entire process was wonderful! The outdoor ceremony area at Crystal Peak is the best we saw when we were looking at potential venues to host our wedding. John, the owner, is very hands on through the entire process, which we really liked. He stayed in communication with us during the months leading up to our wedding and made sure we got everything we wanted. The food was excellent and the wait staff was great.



We could not be any happier with how everything turned out. It was a perfect night that we will always remember and Crystal Peak was absolutely the best venue for our wedding!



I would definitely recommend Crystal Peak to any couple looking for a great place to have their wedding.

I normally would not consider giving 5 stars, however the service that Crystal Peak provided to us went beyond anything that we could ever have imagined. It is clear that John and Jennifer really care about marriage and enjoy the opportunity to help make your special day as perfect as it can be. Their energy and enthusiasm carried through to the day of the event and really added to the importance of our wedding day.



As far as their services go:

PLANNING: John and Jen were incredibly easy to work with, flexible, punctual and experienced. We had a catered wedding at Mohawk Mountain Ski Area. John was able to recommend auxiliary services (florist, cake baker, rentals, etc.) all of which we were very happy with. John took care of generating our rentals list and all of the auxiliary services that he recommended were familiar with working with Crystal Peak which helped to make everything smooth and stress free. The whole process was actually fun and never stressful.

FOOD: Unbelievable. John put together a comprehensive, coherent and well rounded menu including options for our handful of vegetarian/vegan guests. The hors d’oeuvre were fantastic and plentiful. Our guests were never hungry from the moment they arrived at the venue to the moment they left.

BAR: John was able to give us several bar options (again, very flexible). His bartenders were very experienced and unbelievably personable.

STAFF: We have gotten so much feedback from our guests regarding the Crystal Peak wait staff. They worked incredibly hard the entire night making sure that hors d’oeuvre were never out of arms reach for our guests. The wait staff went beyond serving food, however. They carried genuine smiles the whole night, and were incredibly personable and outgoing without ever being overbearing. John takes great pride in the high end disciplined service that his staff provides and it is well deserved.

PRICE: Shockingly reasonable. Compared with all of the venues/services that we looked at in CT and NY Crystal Peak was actually the most competitively priced. We are confident that Crystal Peak also provided the best, most professional and most personal service out of all of the options that we considered.



In the end our wedding day was perfect and we did not have to worry about a single detail. We owe that all to Crystal Peak and can’t imagine doing a wedding without them.

My husband and I recently got married at Crystal Peak. We were looking for a venue that had a beautiful background for our ceremony as well as a welcoming place for our reception and amazing food. We definately got all of that at Crystal Peak. We also had our rehearsal dinner there and John was great at working with my mother-in-law to create a menu that was equally as outstanding yet completely different then anything we chose for the reception. Our guests all raved about the beautiful location and the food both nights. If I could have an event here every year I would because John and Jennifer were so incredibly easy to work with. Although all of my vendors were great, John and Jennifer definately stood out with their quick responses and awesome flexibility.

If you are a discerning bride and you want exceptional service, have your reception at the Crystal Peak. John Roller and his staff were AMAZING!!!! My husband and I loved everything from the service, to the attention and friendliness of the staff. The food is absolutely amazing (kudos to John), and our family and friends were impressed with the service (no easy task). The Crystal Peak is the perfect venue with perfect pricing and several options to make your day special.

We were absolutely thrilled with the entire Crystal Peak team! My best friend worked with them for her wedding two years ago and I couldn't be happier that I also chose them to cater my wedding.



John and Jennifer Roller were a pleasure to work with. They were VERY responsive and flexible even when I threw a million changes in their direction and they always kept my mind at ease. They provided necessary recommendations but were also very supportive of what were priorities for us.



Most importantly, the food and service on the day of our wedding was outstanding. We still have guests commenting on how good the appetizers and lamp chops were! The wait staff was extremely attentive and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you John, Gina, and the crystal peak staff, you made our special day even more amazing, everything went perfectly as planned, we couldn't have asked for more. John you were more than accommodating with everything we wanted from menu changes to last minute guest changes, the food and landscape was tasteful and beautiful. Thank u so much!

John went out of his way to make my husband's birthday party memorable. My guests were thanking me for inviting them! The food was superb in taste and appearance, the room looked fabulous and the staff was friendly and efficient. If you have a special event in your future, you owe it to yourself to check out Crystal Peak. I ended up feeling like I got a bargain as their prices were more than reasonable. I cannot wait for our next special occasion so we can call on Crystal Peak!

My daughter was recently married at this lovely venue. I would like to say how wonderful the wedding turned out. The staff did a great job decorating, organizing and feeding our guests with the utmost grace and professionalism. All the guests did nothing but rave about the food and the beautiful surroundings. The personal touch made this a truly memorable occasion that we will always treasure. I would recommend Crystal Peak to anyone for any occasion.
