Les Schwab Tires

We were traveling through when we noticed our trailer tire was separated. Pulled in a few minutes before they opened and they helped us to get back on the road quickly with a brand new tire. Thank you

Bait & switch quoted low estimate then up the cost admitting they quoted the wrong cost three times! Corporate seemed to care less about the poor experience just provided lip service about having a talk with the location....seemed to be the plan most people probably just pay their extortion of raising the cost!

I bought tires from this store and 1 day had a flat and needed the tire repaired. I purchased my tires here because of it's so called "roadside service and warranty". Surprise, the assistant manager said that that was intentional damage and he would not warranty it. He was kind enough to try to sell me another $300. tire with no problem but I declined and took the day off to try to get it done in Reno. Luckily the store in Sparks held to it's claims and replaced my tire for $100. in which I was happy to pay. I think if the Assistant managers little children and wife were in the same predicament he would think otherwise rather than his sales quota. Les Schwab is not the only game in town anymore. Les Schwab may need to revisit the values that made them the company they are today and truly help out the community and it's customers.
