        I would give this place a 0 if I could. My mother was driving across country to see me when her car started acting up. It took her about an hour to get there after we told them we were coming. When she got there they told her that her it would be another 2 hours before someone got there. She waited over 6 hours into the middle of the night before they told her they did not have the part. They got very upset when she called to see the status after 2 hours even though they never called her to update her. The next morning they told her they found the part around 11am yet at 3pm they still had not started the work. Now it is 4pm the next day and they still keep hearing 2 hours! It has now been 24 and she is still sitting in Winnemucca waiting to hear if the work has even started! Don't even bother with this place if you can avoid it. Wait till the morning and go somewhere else!
