Got a Moon Bounce and Spiderman from

Kiddie Party People. Moon Bounce was on time and Spiderman was awesome.



The kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend Kiddie Party People to all my family and friends.

I had my sons first birthday party at their party room on 8/10/14. They were very professional and my guests had an awesome time.



The face painting and the character performance was sooo good.

I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company. We purchased the Minnie Mouse and Moon Bounce package. The worker that was supposed to wear the Minnie costume could not fit into the costume. The worker ripped the costume trying to put it on. When she finally got it on you could see her clothing hanging from the costume. The kids didn’t know if the character was Minnie or Mickey because the costume did not have a bow on the head and the worker had on Mickey shoes. The worker did not do anything with the kids because the cheap radio they had would not work and the CD’s were skipping. The kids left Minnie/Mickey and got back in the Moon Bounce. WASTE OF MONEY. The Worker said that the owner (Gene Pryer) is not organized and has the costumes scattered in a garage, so it’s hard to find all the parts to the costumes. Gene was avoiding my calls, so I called from a different phone number and he answered. He said he would get back with me after speaking with the workers. I have never received a returned call after leaving several messages. AVOID USING THIS GHETTO COMPANY BECAUSE YOUR CHILD WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I found this company through gig master after filling out my party information on the gig master site Kiddie party people called me soon after requesting a full payment. I made a deposit in march and called back in may to pay the remaining balance. The owner could not find my party information and made me a contract that day for my party that was taking place 6/22/13 I was concerned about the professionalism so the owner gave me his personal number and ensured me that everything will go as planned. The morning of my party a woman called from the Kiddie party people to cancel and told me a refund would be posted Monday my party was on a Saturday. I have not received my refund and they have stopped taking my calls on the personal as well as the business number. They have scammed me out of $250 dollars

I booked the kiddie party people in February for my sons birthday party in June. I gave them a deposit of $125.00 with my contract stating that they would provide bumble bee from transformers for the event, including face painting and balloon twisting. 2 weeks before the party I called to ensure the costume would be available because they said it had to be special ordered. The owner Darin told me they did not have the costume in yet and that they would refund my money by that Friday if the costume was not going to arrive in time. After numerous repeated phone calls and emails, the party was on Saturday June 1st and they have not given me a refund of my money. I have now filed a lawsuit against this company. They are dishonest and unprofessional do not under any circumstances book them for your event. The audacity of someone to ruin such a special time in your life when celebrating your child's birthday is baffling to me.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. My daughter paid these people $175 for a moon bounce, the moon bounce was suppose to be delivered and set up at 4:00 pm for my grandson's birthday. The so called representative arrived 2 hours late for the party and did not want to discuss compensation or give us an explanation as to why he was late. the business phone number was turned off throughout the whole day and no one would respond to the several messages left at their 1 866 #. No one called to let her know any problems had occured or when and why they were late. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY BEFORE HAND because this is a shady business, apparently they have a reputation of being late to their affairs and thinking its ok. Very unprofessional and SHADY.... FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I used Kiddie Party People for my daughters 1st birthday party and I even referred 2 of my friends. I loved the service that they provided and the children had a really great time. Everyone enjoyed themselves, but for $285 I did NOT get everyhting that my contract stated. My daughter cannot go back and look at the pictures from her first birthday party because the guy " GENE" that runs this company did not make sure that I recieved my pictures! He has giving me excuse after excuse as to why I have not recieved my pictures. When I call now I dont even get an answer! Take my advice if you want a professional company dont use this company! Take your hard earned money and spend it else where. I dont care how much fun we had at the party but pictures hold memories and if you cant look back at your memories you have NOTHING to remember!! This basically ruined my daughters first birthday!

My daughter had a awesome Yo Gabba Gabba 4th birthday party, we had four characters Plex, Muno, Brobee and Foofa the best ever. We had no problems, Kiddie Party People staff was on time, and very professional. I love that they interacted and danced with each child. I will be using them again and I highly recommend there services. Thank you again for a fantastic party.

Wow! What a great event. The Kiddie Party People made our first " Breakfast with Santa" St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital fundraiser so much fun! Our daycare children and their parents are still talking about it! From the initial planning stages of our proposal through the day of the actual event, Kiddie Party People was there with helpful suggestions, ongoing support and professional follow through. The owner (Mr. Gene) and his staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure the success of our event. I am so pleased that we selected Kiddie Party People to plan this event for our daycare center and school. To be sure, we will contact Kiddie Party People again for planning our Open House and Back to School events!

I hired Plex from Yo Gabba Gabba who the company calls Yellow Gabba for my son’s 2nd birthday party. The character was a big hit for the children and even for the adults to get involve with the singing and dancing. The character and host showed up on time for the party and were very professional. It took my son a little time to warm up to the character, but the host made sure he stayed involved the whole time with all of the activities. I didn’t have to do anything! Needless to say, my son was taking pictures with the Yellow Gabba without any hesitations by the end of the party. I also like the special touch that the character did before leaving. When it was time for the birthday cake, the Yellow Gabba sang Happy Birthday to my son with the family. I would definitely recommend Kiddie Party People for your next event! Thank you- Ayesha
