Kids Dental Care

Late 2014, my son had eight cavities between his back teeth. Was told by first dentist at Kids Dental Care that he would only need a cap on one of the worst ones (which come to find out wasn’t that bad) and they could do it at the office. When we went in to have the procedure done, we had a new dentist and this dentist told us the best thing we could do was to put cpas on all EIGHT teeth. This would be done by having my son taken to the children's hospital and being put under anesthesia for more than two hours (seriously). Although he explained the treatment, the idea of having my son (five at the time) being put under anesthesia for that long and that small cavities which were just starting, should be capped seemed a little extreme (they told us they were small cavities). We went back to our former dentist (an hour and a half away) to see what they said. They told us they could fix all the cavities with fillings only. And yes, they are a well respected dentist office. We made four trips back to our former dentist an hour and a half each way. Kids Dental Care looks nice on the inside, but I wouldn't trust them with my kids dental care again and haven't. As of April 2015, my son has had all cavities filled with no problems, no caps, and no anesthesia!

My kids love going to Kids Dental Care. The office is beautifully decorated and has a 2 story slide. Imagine your kids loving to go to the dentist. The doctors never make quick judgments, they always reason things out in front of you and answer all your questions. We always find convenient appointment times.

The office is gorgeous! From the receptionist down to the dentist they where truly amazing. The dentist broke down every detail of the appointment from what shows on the xray, what tools he will use and what they are for! He kept our child informed of every step and process. I would recommend this office to anyone!
