God Awful Service. If you experience any type of a problem with this company, you'd have better luck trying to resolve it by speaking with a lampost rather than a manager.



M and J bus company was assigned to pick up my third grade daughter for school based on our geographic location in Windham. After 3+ years of inconsistent pick up times (and on numerous occasions not being picked up at all) I decided to give up altogether on them and just drive her to school in the morning. From school, they had the responsibility of dropping her off in front of the house... well, that is up until today. Apparantly, M and J Bus Co. has decided to start enforcing a group walk-out rule instead.



So what is this group walk-out you ask???



It's a designated location where kids are dropped off (up to a half a mile from home) so that the bus company can save money rather than making individual stops for children. Might I add after dropping these kids off the bus also drives right by our home. When asked to speak with a manager for the reasoning behind this sudden walk-out policy enforcement, I had the pleasure of being connected with a man named Roger Snow. HUGE mistake.



He proceeded to argue that my petite, blonde haired, blue-eyed daughter should be able to walk the streets of Willimantic in her private school uniform perfectly fine up to a half of a mile. And that they (M and J) were already discussing plans with the town for combining the public school system children with St Mary's and that St Mary's St Joseph's school is provided bussing for free from the town and that I shouldn't be complaining and on and on. After being exceedingly unprofessional, rude and combative, I decided to call it quits with Roger Snob and M and J altogether.



Thank you for the absolute most horrible service and Management conflict resolution known to man M ampersand J Bus Inc. We won't be riding along on your busses any time soon, in this life time or the next!
