It's nearly impossible to make an appointment. They never answer the phones, so you must leave a message and IF you are lucky they will call you back. Most the staff is young, rude and makes you feel as if you are a bothering them just to be there. Not a warm and friendly place.

New patient experience was extremely disappointing. I felt rushed and was unable to present documentation from previous providers. The H & P was substandard and rushed as well. The experience was closely related to the drive-thru McDonald concept. The examiner should always place himself or herself in the shoes of a patient. How would you prefer to be treated as a patient? How would you want a loved one to be treated? And there is no such thing as an ordinary human.
