We use this company for all our building and they do the best service. They can prove any code issue and back it up with an engineers approval. This nonsense you write is nothing like them. Apperiantly you must hate them for something you have done or a misunderstanding because the service I have with them is far better then any other I know.

DS Correll did our sprinkler installation for a substantial new addition at our company. Only recently did we find out that the design for the inspector’s test valves recommended by the engineer for the project was not followed as outlined. As I result we cannot properly test/drain our 2 new systems. When I questioned this, after 1-1/2 months of trying to get a response, hoping they would realize the error, I got a response back of a copy of the code with copies of the definition of “shall” and “should”, basically saying they did the minimum to meet the code, but did not follow the recommendations of the code. Also, their service after the installation was of a questionable value as compared with others. If you choose to contract with them, be very cautious.
