We called Dr. Frank for an emergency and she was so kind in talking to us. Without seeing my kitty she evaluated the condition and guided me on how to handle the situation. She took the time again after 3 days and consulted with us on the phone. Her advice helped us make the right decision and my kitty is now over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Frank is a busy vet because she truly cares for animals and their families. She deserves all the praise she can get. Thank you Dr. Frank, we will be forever grateful.
