My husband and I visited him once at his Woodstock office. He could not have been more disinterested and haphazard. The upshot was that my prescription was wrong and I spent a fortune on glasses I could not wear (and it really messed up a vacation). I wish I had confronted him, but was too furious. I notice he is always advertising for new patients and I can imagine why. No one in his/her right mind would go back twice.
