Dr. Mawaldi and the orthodontic staff ( Michael, Tiffany, and COURTNEY) have been very helpful and accommodating.

It's never easy to have a cavity filled, but Kool Smiles in Winchester makes it as easy as possible. Ms. Priscilla, our Dental Tech was awesome and supportive to my 7 year old during the whole experience. We loved the facility and the people. Definitely recommend for kids dentistry!

The schedule is great for my son. They always find an appointment later so my son doesn't miss school. The staff is very nice. They are doing an excellent job and place is very clean. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

I would have happily been given 5 stars but keeping appointment times is not a strong suite for this location, As a parent I understand that sometimes people (doctors/dental assistants) may be late but say that. I'd rather not have to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes to an hr after my child's appointment time them have to ask what's going on? That could be communicated upon signing or even 10 minutes into the wait. Otherwise This location is convenient and The staff is awesome especially Natasha. Guys keep the good work!

I love Kool Smiles. They keep the kids entertained with activities and it keeps the parents from getting frustrated. They have an awesome group of doctors who go above the call of duty to keep parents informed. I would refer then to my friends and family.
