This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. I am a military veteran who owns my own business Michael's Mobile Fleet Service out of Winchester VA one of the top 24 hour mobile roadside services in the area. I was looking at getting a company car and found out on my credit report that Miller CrossPointe ran 9 hard inquiries on me in 1 hour and finally went to Parsons KIA where they approved me and drove away with a brand new car and only had to run 3 inquiries on me and went through the same banks as Miller. I am in the process of buying my new home and found out that my credit plunged 250 points in one day because of what they did and I pursued with a meeting the VP of Miller CrossPointe Darin Jenkins with my concerns and tried to resolve this matter with no permission to run all of these hard inquiries and Darin Jenkins's response was it happens some times and he told me on the application it says in very fine print we as consumers give them permission to run several and I never dreamed that the word several would mean 9 hard inquiries in less then an hour. It makes it almost impossible for me to get my home as a military veteran and tried to resolve it but there was no success with the vice president Darin Jenkins from Millers CrossPointe.
