        Overall

        The FedEx facility in Winchester seems to regularly hire drivers who do NOT read the address information on the packages. It seems to go in cycles - for a long time, I will not have to deliver packages to my neighbors, and then the cycle begins again. I don't know if it is because they hire new drivers or if it is just a slipup - but I do know that once I have to deliver a package, the cycle will begin again for a few weeks or months until the driver learns to read.
