I called and my needs were reviewed, fetaures available and their benefits were explained and a price for establishing my system and monitoring was given. The work was completed quickly, neatly and without a hassle. They not only showed up when they said they would, and accomplished what they said they would, but they helped me with unrelated wiring problems I had in several rooms -- including moving the thermostat for my pellet stove and hard-wiring my X-Box. Their service actually helped regulate the temperature in my home as well as secure it!

Since then, I see the owners of BK Security around town frequently and at quite a few charity events. It's comforting to work with local people you run into often.
