Palm Court Nursing

I think a rehab is to help people and make them feel comfortable at getting back to normal. A patient who really needs care should not be allowed to sign his/her self out. When a doctor completes paperwork and refers a patient to a facility its because they require help and should not have to be alone. This facility appears to be nice and clean and full of staff but i dont agree on a patient just signing out without the facility knowing where the person is going or if they even have a home. This my opinion about your facility.
