Young's Nurseries Inc

Young's does not honor their warranty and one of their owners was very passive aggressive and insulting when we tried to reason with him. In Sept., 2010 we purchased several trees from Young's Nursery. At the time of the planting I was reassured by the same owner that two blue spruces with big holes on the bottom would fill in by the year following. We waited and the trees did not fill in. We reached out to them by sending several emails and left telephone messages. It took months for them to get back to us and not only did we have to deal with the tree problem, but the attitude of the same owner who continued to refuse to honor Young's warranty at the end of the second year. Our trees still look awful. Young's is not the only nursery in Wilton, go somewhere else.

Young's has a two year guarantee on their plants which they never honor. When a tree of theirs dies good luck trying to get it replaced under the contractual guarantee.



They are terrible.
