While "run of the mill" in most regards, the employees here are fantastic. Lovely lady named Shar...something, really went above and beyond customer service wise.

Person behind counter is partners with players .I went In to play no one was thear but thear was a saved sheet on the machine I wanted to play.I asked whear the person was and the women that was behind the the counter told me that the person ran to the bank. I waited 10 minutes so she was gone way more than that the lady behind the counter would not let me play that machine. There's supposed to be a time limit on holding machines the lady behind the counter held that machine for that player for 15 minutes enough time for her partner to get back from the bank.
This was on Monday night 12-26-16.
