The Sub Stop

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! We had ordered subs from them several times in the past. The last time we ordered my son ordered something different for the first time. It was terrible, there was an absurdly small amount of meat on it. It was nothing like the others. When I called I was told they were closing and someone would call me back the next day... No one ever called me back. I finally called back about a week or so later and I was treated horribly. The man I spoke to repeatedly cut me off it would not listen to me at all. He was insulting, rude and disrespectful. I have NEVER been spoken to like that from a place of service before in my life. I was told "our subs are only $6 bucks, how full do I expect to get for $6 bucks" He said that "maybe my son has an abnormal appetite and that it's not his damn fault". He wasn't even bothering to listen to me at all and I was very nicely trying to explain the problem and what happened. I'm not sure he even has a clue still of what I was attempting to tell him because he cut off everything I attempted to very nicely and respectfully tell him. He then hung up on me and when I called back to talk to a manager he answered and hung right up again twice.I will never eat there again due to the level of disrespect I was given for absolutely no reason. I was so very disappointed and completely surprised by how awful I was treated.

We hadn't Eatin here in 15yrs and they are still the same. Same great food same great Taste we picked up right where we left off. This time it won't take so long. Thanks Guy's ������������

This place was a last minute choice as we left downtown Wilmington. We almost missed it because it's small and not flashy, but it was wonderful. Very clean with friendly staff. We had hamburger subs which were delicious and homemade. Best burger I've eaten in a long time. Good French fries, too. Next time, this week be a planned stop. Don't miss out.
