I can not tell you how thrilled we are that we chose Excel to replace our roof. From the very first phone call, the process was easy. From the moment we said "ok, let's do this" Chelsea took charge and made it happen - way quicker than we ever thought it would! The crew ripped off our old roof and replaced it in 2 days - our home is 3,500 square feet. This is simply amazing! To boot, the cost was well under what a competitor offered and came with the GAF Gold Pledge which is exceptional insurance should anything go wrong. Chelsea answered every one of my calls immediately and responded to my various e-mails quickly. She never once made me feel like I was a bother. I have NEVER dealt with a company who had their act together like Excel does. We definitely made the right decision going with Excel and would highly recommend them to others.
