Mr. Patrick and his staff really saved my life! My health wasn’t the best prior to becoming a patient at Landfall Family Practice ( due to my primary care physician) at the time. Mr. Patrick started from the A-Z with me. Mr. Patrick and his friendly and very professional staff turned the quality of my life around. My health have truly made a 360° turn around and for that along I will forever be grateful for Landfall Family Practice! Thank you guys!
