Duke's Tire Pros

I took my 2015 Ram truck in to Duke’s Tire Pros for an alignment. They have always been the best when dealing with anything that has to do with tires. I trusted them as my truck has a large lift with oversize tires. The tires only had 3,000 miles on them, so they were nearly brand new. When I got my truck back I noticed there were large chunks missing from the front passenger side tire. The technician had severely damaged the tire and had not said anything to me about it.


I contacted the store attempting to get in touch with a manager or the owner. I was given the run around and finally spoke to Tracey 7 days later. I brought the truck back to the shop for her to look at the truck. Tracey said she would look into what she could do and would contact me the next day. She said she wanted to make the customer happy. Well, there was no contact from Tracey the next day, and when I finally heard back from her she said that she decided not to help in any way!


The frustrating part of this whole ordeal is all of the time that I wasted. If she wasn’t going to help me then she should have just said so up front. I feel as if she just strung it along hoping that the problem would go away. Well, I own and run a small business in Wilmington and this is the exact opposite of how you should treat your customers. If there is an issue with a customer, address it immediately and attempt to rectify the mistake. That is how business should be run in my opinion. Apparently Duke’s Tire Pros does not agree.


I am leaving this review so that others can how this business is run and no one else is treated in this manner. I am leaving one star, and I would leave less if I could. Fair warning to everyone out there: Do not have work done at Duke’s Tire Pros!

They sell cull tires and charge you new tire prices. Three of the tires they sold me blew out before 25K miles! I was luck I didn't crash. They are slick operators.

I feel they are excelent in there prices and workmenship. And they back up what they say they will do, with no excuses!!!!!
