We at Technivend, Inc view vending machine distribution in a very different way. Selling a vending machine is only the beginning of the responsibility of a distributor. We pride ourselves in working closely with our customers to ensure that the equipment that they buy is the proper piece that their locations need. After the location is installed we also offer field repairs for these locations, even if the machines needing repairs are a competing brand. We do not fault a customer just because they may feel that the best vending machine for their location is not one that we carry. If we do not carry the ideal piece that is required, we may even help you obtain one from another distributor. This is just one of the ways that we, Technivend, Inc, differ from other distributors. Take a look at the vending machines that we sell, parts that we offer, services that we perform and decide for yourselves if we can be of assistance. If you don't see what you need, give us a call and we will gladly try to help you succeed in the vending business. Our office is located just 15 miles north of Boston, in Wilmington, MA. From this location we support all the 6 states in the New England region ( Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont ) for our distribution. Our parts sales, coin handling repairs, rebuilt vending machines, as well as some new vending machines, are done nationally and some even internationally. When Technivend, Inc. was established in 1990, it began as an independent service company where we only did repairs to vending machines. Over the years we have grown, as the industry has grown, into many other areas. The one constant, however, that has not changed is our commitment to give our customers the best service in the vending industry. Now we re looking ahead and we want to repeat that commitment to you: you can still count on us to give you the quality and service that you have come to expect!!
