I've always been very satisfied with both the attentiveness and knowledge displayed by their floor staff, and haven't experienced difficulty when calling, however, their new, younger floor staff as well as their cashier staff need to at least learn how to smile. The cashier that I dealt with yesterday afternoon (6/25/16) was far more interested in reading her book than she was in attending to her customer. I would characterize her as "snippy" at best - when I asked if they had a chip reader, she said, "swipe." No eye contact, no thank you, nothing. Management needs to pay attention to this as, no matter how good the help is that a customer receives on the floor, the experience with the cashier is the last interaction.

This is an amazing hardware store. They are incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly willing to help. They are also extremely helpful without being condescending, which is also very important to me. Fabulous service all around.

I have never tried to call and do not care if they don't answer the phone. I'm happy the people in the store are first priority.

They might very well have service second to none, but they sure as hell don't answer the phone. It either rings and rings and rings or you immediately get a busy signal because another customer is trying in vain to reach someone.

Everyone in that store is very helpful and we keep seeing the same folks coming back (like us) because the service is second to none! Keep up the good work folks. You have a life long customer here!
